Processing Time: If you’ve purchased a pre-made scarf, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping via USPS. Shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.

• Domestic Shipping: Free

Packaging: Your scarf will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in good condition. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging your scarf, once it leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it. However, if your item is damaged during transit or you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
